| SUMMER FOOTBALL |
| |
| On June 2, we started our first
stage of competing in the new era of Aquinas Football. We are participating in
a 7-on-7 Passing League at Greenbrier High School. I would like to say that we
"Made a Statement" with how well we competed tonight. The men are competing
like I have never seen them compete before, and I only expect things to get
better. I would like to offer an invitation to anyone interested to come and
support the Fightin' Irish the next 3 Tuesdays in June. Also, we have open
practices, so feel free to come visit our practices during the summer and on
into the season this Fall. |
| Thank you for all of your support
and everything you do. I am very excited about the upcoming season, as are my
entire coaching staff. I am blessed to have a coaching staff who are so willing
to dedicate themselves to this purpose of building a program. They do a
wonderful job. |

CHAMPIONSHIP! |
| Congratulations to the Aquinas Boys' Golf Team for
winning the GHSA Class A State Championship at Forest Hills Golf
Club! |
| The Irish fired a team total of 6-under-par 282, a score
five shots better than second-place Savannah Country Day. |
| Ryan Sather's 3-under 69 led three Aquinas players under
par. Only nine total players were under par in the tournament. |

| Aquinas High School is located in Augusta, Georgia. The Aquinas
Booster Club promotes and helps fund the school's athletic programs, the
Fightin' Irish. Currently, AHS is a member of the Georgia High School
Association competing in football, basketball, soccer, baseball, softball,
track, tennis, golf, cross country, cheerleading, volleyball, and rifle
